Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The YSS Photography Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase products from YSS Photography, including but not limited to:
- Youth sports trading cards
- Posters
- Banners
- Senior recognition products
- Custom printed sports memorabilia
By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval
- All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by YSS Photography.
- Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of YSS Photography.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligible affiliates may include individuals, photographers, teams, booster clubs, organizations, or businesses.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Base Commission Tiers
Affiliate commissions are calculated based on monthly referred sales volume according to the following tier structure:

Commission Rate
$0 – $499 = 15%
$500 – $1,499 = 20%
$1,500 – $3,999 = 25%
$4,000+ = 30%
- Only completed, paid orders qualify.
- Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are excluded.
3.2 Tier Evaluation & Reset
- Affiliate tiers are evaluated monthly.
- Commission tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar month unless the affiliate requalifies.
- YSS Photography may offer temporary tier locks, bonuses, or special incentives at its discretion.
4. Eligible Sales & Tracking
- Commissions are earned only through valid affiliate referral links tracked by the system.
- Cookie duration: 30 days from the customer’s initial click.
- Self-referrals are not permitted and will not earn commissions.
- If multiple affiliate links are used, the last valid referral may receive credit.
5. Payments & Payouts
- Affiliate payouts are processed monthly, following a review period.
- Minimum payout threshold: $10.
- Payments are issued via Stripe, Check, or another approved method.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may:
- Promote YSS Photography using approved referral links
- Share links via websites, social media, email, or in-person marketing
- Use approved banners, images, and promotional assets
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent products, pricing, or turnaround times
- Use spam, misleading, or deceptive advertising
- Impersonate YSS Photography or claim to be an employee
- Bid on YSS Photography branded keywords without permission
- Publish referral links on coupon or deal websites without approval
7. Brand & Content Usage
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved YSS Photography marketing materials.
- Logos, images, and branding may not be altered without written consent.
- All usage must remain family-friendly and professional.
8. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
- Commissions earned on refunded or charged-back orders will be reversed.
- If commissions were already paid, the adjustment will be applied to a future payout.
9. Termination
YSS Photography reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
- Withhold commissions related to fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by written request.
10. Program Modifications
YSS Photography may modify:
- Commission rates
- Tier thresholds
- Program rules or structure
Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
YSS Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Photographer Affiliate Addendum
This addendum applies to affiliates participating as professional or semi-professional photographers.
A1. Photographer Role
Photographer Affiliates may:
- Refer clients to YSS Photography using referral links
- Submit images for use in printed products (where applicable)
- Offer YSS Photography products as upsells during photo sessions
A2. Image Rights & Responsibilities
- Photographers confirm they own or control the rights to any images submitted.
- Images must be original, properly licensed, and free of third-party claims.
- YSS Photography is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from submitted content.
A3. Co-Branding & White-Label Options
- Photographers may be offered co-branded or white-label fulfillment options.
- All co-branding must be approved in advance by YSS Photography.
- YSS Photography retains ownership of all product templates and designs.
A4. Commission Eligibility
- Photographer commissions follow the standard tier structure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Special commission arrangements may be approved for large events or ongoing volume.
Team & Fundraiser Affiliate Addendum
This addendum applies to teams, booster clubs, leagues, schools, and fundraising organizations.
B1. Fundraiser Structure
- Teams and organizations may promote YSS Photography products as part of fundraising efforts.
- Commissions earned may be paid directly to the organization or a designated representative.
B2. Fundraiser Representation
- Organizations confirm they have authority to conduct fundraising activities.
- YSS Photography is not responsible for internal distribution of funds within an organization.
B3. Custom Fundraiser Links
- Each organization may receive a unique referral link for tracking sales.
- Sales reports will be available through the affiliate dashboard or upon request.
B4. Commission Use
- Commission rates follow the standard affiliate tier structure unless otherwise agreed.
- YSS Photography may offer special fundraiser rates, limited-time bonuses, or sponsorships.
B5. Non-Profit Status
- Participation in the affiliate program does not constitute a charitable donation unless explicitly stated.
- Organizations are responsible for compliance with local fundraising regulations.
